We want you to love every piece you order from FBM Fashion House. We know online

shopping can be tricky — you can’t try things on first — so we’ve put together a policy that gives you real options while keeping our boutique running smoothly.

Our promise to you

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. No drama, no judgment — just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Items eligible for return or exchange

To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair

Returned with all original tags still attached

Shipped back within 14 days of your delivery date

Final sale items (not eligible)

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items

Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates (hygiene reasons)

Accessories

Any item marked “Final Sale” or in our Last Chance Sale Collection at the time of purchase

Items returned after the 14-day window

Store credit

Approved returns receive store credit equal to the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping). Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order — shop whenever you’re ready.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem. Just let us know what you’d like instead when you reach out and we’ll check availability. If your preferred item isn’t in stock, we’ll issue store credit so you can grab something else you love.

How to start your return or exchange

Email Info@FBMFashionHouse.com within 14 days of receiving your order

Subject line: “Return Request – [Order #]” or “Exchange Request – [Order #]”

Include your name, order number, the item(s), and a brief reason

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable method — return shipping is at your expense. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit or your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

Wrong or damaged item?

We’re so sorry — that’s on us and we’ll fix it right away. Email

Info@FBMFashionHouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full store credit — your choice.

Sizing tip

Before ordering, check our Size Chart on the website. If you’re between sizes or unsure about fit, email us before you buy — we’re happy to help you pick the right size so you can shop with confidence.
